AENA Airport Authority | Dufry Proposal Bid
Dufry is a global travel retailer, It operates more than 1400 duty free and duty paid shops at airports and other touristic locations around the world.
Dufry were preparing a huge and complex presentation proposal to manage Aena – the Spanish Airport Authorities 78+ Duty free shops and outlets covering all Aena’s 21 airport locations.
The scale and complexity of the proposal required the design and information had to simplified and broken down to be easily read and understood.
The proposal was divided into three lots, depending on regional location of the airport. Three bespoke, handcrafted black wooden boxes with individual brochure slipcases were created. Differentiated using airport abbreviation codes/letters, colour coding and colour dots to illustrate the airports location which were embossed into the box surface.
Each duty free outlet had it’s own colour coded digitally printed proposal brochure to showcase the new retail design concepts, which included maps, technical floor plans and associated financial proposal information.
